New York Times: Making a Case for a Pause in Troop Cutbacks in Iraq (2/13/08) by Michael R. Gordon

An article fairly unremarkable (for Michael Gordon) in its one-sidedness poses a question for the Times—why its pro-"surge," anti-withdrawal military reporter can keep writing these pieces that offer no hint that anyone disagrees with any of these ideas?
