Jersey Journal: Not Taking It (4/13/06) by Steven Lemongello

Marine Veteran Jaime Vazquez stages "a one-man protest against hatred and racism" outside the home of "white supremacist radio host Hal Turner," who was recently quoted in the Jersey Journal as saying of immigrant rights demonstraters: "If they are not going to obey the law, people like me aren't going to play by the law and I am going to start shooting them down." The radio jock confronted Vazquez, telling him to "leave on your own, or leave in an ambulance," allegedly injuring the disabled veteran's back and foot. Turner disputed both the incident and the earlier quotation—claiming he only advocated that "they should shoot them"—and posted several outlandish claims about Vazquez's past on his show's website.
