CBS Corporation was created and manages CBS Television Network, UPN, CBS Stations Group, CBS Paramount Television, King World, Showtime, CBS Radio, CBS Outdoor, Simon & Schuster, CBS Digital Media, CSTV and CBS Consumer Products.
