JIMMY CARTER – REACTIONARY OF THE DAY!!
1. Jimmy Carter was a reactionary U.S. President. His Federal Reserve Chairman, Volcker, adopted a tight money policy, largely in order to “discipline” organized labor. Carter also promoted deregulation of transportation. In many ways he laid the right-wing ideological groundwork for the so-called Reagan Revolution.
2. Carter also showed his reactionary colors by starting the U.S. policy of supporting the Mujahideen in Afghanistan, opposing the modernizing Soviet-backed government.
**Today Carter continues to follow a reactionary course, championing the terrorist militia Hamas. Carter has no beef with Hamas’ genocidal intentions towards Jews and Israel – he considers Hamas to be akin to the Merry Pranksters, an amiable band of Wavy Gravys.
BUT DON’T WORRY, HART AND NAURECKAS, Jimmy Carter has a long way to go before he can transcend your reactionary politics. YOU’RE STILL THE CHAMPS!!

I know William to be happy with the number of UN schools destroyed by Israel, which brags that it has the world’s most humane army. The UN told them the location coordinates for these 8 shelters about 16 times, but the Israelis didn’t care, just as they didn’t care about destroying a food factory that employed thousands of Gazans, or the power and sewage plants that provide water and electricity to a trapped and impoverished people.
After so many years, it has become clear that Israel is an outlaw state, something I hate to say. But it’s true, and Jimmy Carter knows it. He was in on the internationally supervised elections that Hamas won in 2006. Immediately afterwards, the US and Israel imposed sanction in response to a free choice freely made, thereby forcing the Gazans to pay for electing people the US and Israel didn’t want. Israel took control of the land and seas and restricted Gazan trade while narrowing its fishing rights. It sequestered trade receipts and bribed Egypt into blocking its borders. All this, before Hamas was even inducted into the government. Israel wanted to give it no chance of succeeding, so it used tactics to force them back into its familiar military resistance mode, so that it could bomb and shell and blockade them at will. It imposed punishments even before talking or meeting with the new leaders
