		<description>Not having direct knowledge of the sexual child abuse case or of the person making this report on them makes it impossible to equate these reasonings with the Guantanamo situation.  It appears that this may be one strand of many in a complicated political situation.  Practically speaking, there is simply no way to know which elements of this Cokley election loss were determinative.  Child sexual abuse cases draw hugh concerns and attention, but drawing conclusions from them can be misleading.</description>
