		<description>Excuse me for repeating myself, but most of the money is on the right and money/propaganda rules. If we don&#039;t get meaningful campaign reform (which, of course the &quot;right&quot; doesn&#039;t want) it will continue to be money/propaganda that rules. Obama doesn&#039;t have a magic wand.</description>
