Not having read the book itself, a lot of what I have read about the book, tells me the content of the book my not square with the dogma of the Christian church of the USA. In that light the book may has well have remained obscure, very little may change. Chavez sending the European elite in his country home is in keeping with the Monroe Doctrine. His real problem is going to be that too many in the US believe Manifest Destiny, means the US has the right to control all of the Americas.

And for the corpress, that's all that matters ... isn't it?
