		<description>Food Stamps bucks *have* been characterized as &quot;most bang for the buck&quot; stimulus spending in liberal media, and I suspect it&#039;s wrong (although closer to right than anything main stream media). I think if you do the numbers, Medicaid funding generates a lot more jobs and puts more money into circulation per federal dollar than FS.</description>
