They could care less about the truth.  They want &quot;results&quot; ... i.e., confessions and the &quot;right&quot; answers to their questions ... and torture is the most &quot;efficient&quot; way to obtain those.

That&#039;s why they do it, isn&#039;t it?

And whether Taylor does or doesn&#039;t believe that torture &quot;works&quot;, don&#039;t you think that just who&#039;s being forcefed or waterboarded or worse has the most bearing on his position on the issue?</description>
