It seems I'm beating a dead horse (which is far more humane than beating a live one, in my defense), but why do both you and the good folks at IPS persist in using terms like "missed", "consumed by (other issues)", "ignored" and "forgotten" when describing the corpress' complicity in, well, murder?

I don't know how else to say it.

This isn't about competence ... it's about wilful propaganda, isn't it?

I'm a dumbass, and yet I know at least the basic parameters of the horrors occurring here, in Gaza and around the rest of the world ... and who's causing it.

So do the NYT, the LAT, the WP, CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX and all the other enablers of much of that horror. They choose to lie and cover up because that's their function in the system.

Do you agree? And if you do, why not call a spade a spade, and quit using language that obscures their crimes by implying that they're making "mistakes" and being "incompetent"?

I'm sorry ... the Vulcan in me demands logic, and this just ain't cutting the mustard.
